“I grew up in a family with rich cuisine, where more importantly every individual’s taste choices were highly respected. I reckon this was one virtue that enabled me to truly explore tastes, and uninhibitedly combine and research nuances. I Love the thrill of coming up with recipes, it’s a creative experiment guided by our intuition…. I’m absolutely intrigued how our ancestors on all the continents experimented and developed cooking techniques, and how as they migrated and travelled around the world our cooking techniques merged and mingled. Creating diverse range of regional distinct cuisines as we see today, with shared ingredients and techniques.”
